For more than 38 years, Malvin Traylor has dedicated his life to one mission:
PREPARING GOOD PEOPLE TO SURVIVE VIOLENT ENCOUNTERS.
What began as a young martial artist has evolved into a lifetime devoted to reality-based combatives, defensive tactics, tactical firearms instruction, and professional security training.
Today, Malvin serves as the founder of Apex Tactical Institute and creator of the Dark Gift Combat Fighting System, where he teaches civilians, security professionals, and law enforcement officers the skills needed to perform under pressure when lives are on the line.
