While traditional security training often focuses on passive observation, S.E.N.T.I.N.E.L. prepares responders for the "Seven-Minute Gap"—the critical window between the first shot fired and the arrival of law enforcement. This program bridges the gap between basic ushering and high-tier crisis intervention, ensuring that your safety team functions as a proficient first-responder asset dedicated to the preservation of life.
The Core Pillars of S.E.N.T.I.N.E.L.
Strategic Emergency Neutralization (S.E.N.): We move beyond reaction into proactive strategy. This module focuses on the immediate neutralization of a deadly threat using the Adaptive Combative Efficiency (ACE) framework, prioritizing speed, precision, and the "Protector" mindset.
Tactical Intervention (T.I.): This is the mechanical execution of defense. Responders master the structural geometry of the ecclesiastical environment, including hallway navigation, "fatal funnel" management, and room-clearing techniques tailored for pews, altars, and high-density seating.
Navigating Ecclesiastical Life (N.E.L.): A House of Worship is a unique domain requiring specialized social and legal navigation. This module addresses the transition from a welcoming member of the congregation to an active interdiction asset, ensuring all actions are compliant with Texas Penal Code §9.32 and §9.33 regarding the defense of third parties.
The S.E.N.T.I.N.E.L. Mission
To provide Houses of Worship with a bulletproof security standard that honors the sanctity of the assembly while maintaining the tactical proficiency required to neutralize lethal threats. We don't just train guards; we develop the sentinels who stand between the killer and the congregation.
This course is designed from a 5 man to 10 man in house security detail 16 to 36 contact hrs of training.
